Academic All-Inclusive Tuition
St. Catherine of Siena Academy tuition for the 2026–2027 school year is $16,925.
Our academic, all-inclusive tuition model is designed to provide clarity and simplicity for families by including the core academic and student experience expenses in one tuition rate.
Tuition includes:
- Academic books, workbooks, and novels
- Class fees, including AP exam fees, academic course fees, art, and STEM
- Student life experiences, including class t-shirts, yearbooks, and parking permits
- Academic guidance and learning support services
- Wellness Center access and student support resources
Families with multiple daughters enrolled at St. Catherine of Siena Academy receive a $500 sibling discount.
*A non-refundable tuition deposit of $600 per student is expected at the time of enrollment and is included as part of the St. Catherine all-inclusive tuition.
Not Included in Tuition:
- Electronic devices
- School uniforms
- Pay-to-Participate fees
- Senior graduation fee
Senior fee: $600 due July 1.
The senior fee covers the cost of the senior retreat and costs associated with graduation (cap, gown, diploma, flowers, etc.). Seniors will be allowed to participate in graduation activities, receive a diploma, and have transcripts released once all financial obligations are met.
Pay-to-Participate fee: $300 per student per event
The cost for each student to participate in academic and athletic competitive or performance teams, including Athletic Teams, Drama, Robotics, and HOSA, is $300 per student per activity.
Payment Options
Because we think every family should have the opportunity to benefit from what SCA has to offer, financial aid is available, and tuition can be paid in monthly installments. SCA uses FACTS online tuition management system to establish monthly tuition payment plans for our families and assess/provide tuition assistance.
The first tuition payment is due on or before July 1. Plan options include,
- Pay in full
- 2 Payment Plan
- 4 Payment Plan
- 10 Payment Plan* (finance charges apply)

Withdrawal Policy
For a student withdrawal, the following tuition obligation applies:
If the student withdrawal date is:
Tuition obligation (% of tuition that must be paid)
Before July
0% (No tuition obligation)
July 1 – August 30
25% of tuition must be paid
September 1 – October 31
50% of tuition must be paid
November 1 – December 31
75% of tuition must be paid
January 1 or later
100% (Full tuition must be paid)
If the student withdrawal date is:
Before July: 0% (No tuition obligation)
July 1 – August 30: 25% of tuition must be paid
September 1 – October 31: 50% of tuition must be paid
November 1 – December 31: 75% of tuition must be paid
January 1 or later: 100% (Full tuition must be paid)
