Live Purple. Give Gold.

A Day of Giving

Live Purple. Give Gold. is our Annual Day of Giving on April 29, coinciding with the feast day of our patroness, Saint Catherine of Siena.

Purple and gold are not just colors; they are symbols of our faith and mission at St. Catherine of Siena Academy. Purple, historically associated with royalty and bishops, invites reflection on sacrifice and solemnity, while gold, from the papal flag, underscores our commitment to supporting Catholic education.

Live Purple.

At St. Catherine Academy, education is not separate from faith—it flows from it. We believe Truth is not merely something to be learned, but Someone to be known. In classrooms, campus ministry, and student life, young women are formed to seek Truth, grow in wisdom, and live with courage and compassion.

As an all-girls Catholic high school, SCA is committed to helping each student embrace her identity as a beloved daughter of God—confident in who she is and prepared to lead, serve, and love.

Give Gold.

Your generous gift to St. Catherine Academy directly supports our mission through the Annual Fund.

In 2026, all proceeds from Live Purple. Give Gold. will benefit the SCA Annual Fund. The Annual Fund provides essential, unrestricted support for the daily life of the school—strengthening academic programs, faith formation, faculty excellence, and opportunities that allow our students to flourish.

Every gift—no matter the size—helps sustain a Catholic education that unites faith and reason, nurtures virtue, and prepares young women to share their gifts in the world.

This Day of Giving coincides with our annual Benefactors’ Mass, a Mass of Thanksgiving offered in prayer for all who make this mission possible.

How can I help?

You can make a lasting impact by becoming a monthly or annual donor to our Day of Giving on April 29. Recurring and annual givers are the backbone of our mission, helping ensure the continued vitality and growth of St. Catherine of Siena Academy.

You can also pray for our mission by lifting up our students, faculty, and benefactors on this Feast Day.

Another meaningful way to participate is to share the day—invite family and friends to join you in supporting Catholic education for young women.

Every act of generosity strengthens the mission of St. Catherine Academy and helps ensure that young women continue to be formed in Truth.
